Hon. Henry J. Allen, governor of Kansas, will be in Stockton on March 27th. He is on a three day speaking tour through northwestern Kansas under the auspices of the Fort Hays Normal School.

Kaleb Mateo Inchaustegui received the honors of being the first baby to be born at Rooks County Health Center in 2006. He arrived March 17 to parents Susan and Shawn Inchaustegui of Webster. They were praying for the baby to come in perfect timing and for an easy delivery with no complications.
