The book “Dynamic Freedoms” furnished by the bodies of the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry of Kansas and presented to the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of Kansas in celebration of the Bi-Centennial of the Constitution of the United States Of America, was presented by Cleo Baughman on behalf of the Body to the Stockton Library in the Fall of 1989. Accepting the book for the facility was Mrs. Ken Bachman.
