Succession Planning Workshop set for Thurs., March 12th

The Succession Planning Workshop is set for Thursday, March 12th at the Rooks County Golf Course Clubhouse (1935 US-183 north of Plainville/south of Stockton). The event, which is FREE to attend, will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a light meal provided.

The workshop will focus on learning why succession planning is critical for rural communities; taking practical steps to start early and avoid costly mistakes; creating a simple, actionable succession plan for your business or organization; and networking with other local leaders and sharing best practices.
