Smash Burger Fundraiser set for May 2 in Stockton
The community is invited to enjoy great food and family-friendly fun during the upcoming Smash Burger Fundraiser on Saturday, May 2, hosted by the Stock Town Foundation and the Rooks County Historical Museum.
The event will take place at the Museum, 921 S. Cedar St. in Stockton, with smash burgers being served beginning at 11 a.m. until sold out. In addition to the food, activities are planned throughout the day, including a Kids Story Time at 11 a.m. and a cornhole tournament at 1 p.m., with registration starting at 12:30 p.m. Food prices are set to be affordable for families, with burgers available for $5, burger meals for $9, hot dogs for $3, and hot dog meals for $7. The cornhole tournament will feature a $40 per team entry fee, with cash prizes awarded. Note that quantities are limited, so attendees are encouraged to come early, enjoy the activities, and support the fundraiser.
