Health Fair Blood Draw Clinics dates and times

The Health Fair Blood Draw Clinics will be held on Monday, August 8th at the Rooks County Health Department from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and at the Plainville Senior Center on Tuesday, August 9th from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The Rooks County Health Department is sponsoring this event.

A Health Fair Profile is $25.00 (fasting); a Health Fair Profile with TSH (fasting) is $30.00; a Hemoglobin A1C (fasting) is $20.00; and a PSA is $20.00.
