Rooks County Senior Center Menus

The menus for the Senior Centers in Rooks County for the week beginning Monday, March 23, are as follows: 

Monday—Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, bread, tropical fruit. 

Tuesday— Hamburger patty with lettuce, onion, and tomato, macaroni salad, bun, applesauce. 

Wednesday—Chicken and rice casserole, brussel sprouts, bread, peaches, cookie. 

Thursday—Beef pot roast in gravy, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, bread, strawberries and bananas. 

Friday—Baked fish, macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges.
