The Rooks County Commission met with Sam Jackson of First State Bank of Plainville at their Tuesday morning meeting on April 22nd. Jackson presented what their bank offers to the County and discussed the facility’s community services.

Rooks County Historical Society holds annual meeting

The annual meeting of the Rooks County Historical Society and Museum was held on Sunday, April 27th. President Justin Russ conducted the business meeting. The election of four new board members was held. Those elected were Katie Kearns, Linda Melton, Leo Oliva, and Justin Russ.
