Body The Stockton Public Library will be hosting its Storytime Program with stories, crafts and more for all ages on Friday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. starting on September 8th.

Body Carroll Johnston, daughter or Mr. and Mrs. Willis Johnston of Stockton, Kan., and Merrell Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Jones of Holcomb, Mo. were married August 11, 1963 at the First Methodist Church in Stockton.

Body Morgan Beougher Hull graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kansas State University in May 2023 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Morgan is employed at a small animal clinic in Wichita.

Body This scorching heat wave is getting tiresome trying to keep plants and animals watered, and we have more days to come with some cooler temperatures on the weekend. Manhattan had a record high Saturday with 115 degrees. The fall crops and pastures need our prayers for rain.
