Former Stockton resident, Ruth (Williams) Winters, age 71, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020, in Russell. She was born January 25, 1949, the daughter of Lorraine and Eunice Williams. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, September 5th, at 10:00 a.m.

Vicki Ann Richards was born March 25, 1953 in Quinter, Kansas to Howard and Marjorie (Hockman) Richards. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 28, 2020. She graduated Hill City High School and married her high school sweetheart, Roy Cooper, on June 10, 1972.

Joseph “Joe” Karlton Swaney, Stockton, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at the Mercy One Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, at the age of 57.

Altha Elaine (Ives) Yoxall, age 92, entered into rest on Friday, August 28, 2020, at the Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas. She was born in Hays, Kansas on June 29, 1928 to Harold and Hilma (Fischer) Ives.

William Eugene Bryan, of Plainville, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020, at the age of 55 at Hays Medical Center in Hays. He was born on August 15, 1965 to James and Leanna (Black) Bryan in Oberlin, Kansas.

David Normandin of Arkansas City passed away July 18, 2020 at Select Speciality Hospital in Wichita. He was 57. David was born on April 22, 1963 in Hays, Kansas to Eugene and Anna Mae (Belisle) Normandin. He was a 1982 graduate of Palco High School.

Marilyn Sue Majors of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, August 11th, 2020, at the age of 70. She was born in Stockton, Kansas on September 17, 1949, the daughter of Ruth (Hance) Jackson, of Salina and the late Ivan Ray Jackson.

Gerald Eugene (Jerry, Birdman) Bird, age 67, of Plainville passed away August 10, 2020 at his sister’s home in Hoxie.
