The Sacred Heart Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest was held on Sunday, January 25th, at the Plainville Cardinal Gym, with the Knights overseeing the competition.
After receiving three warm-up shots, each contestant had 15 tries to make as many free throws as possible.
Participating in the contest were Ryker Riley, Max Brewster, Brody Axelson, Blake Nuttle, Mackenzie Jackson, Kinsley Casey, Delaney Lawver, Amelia Casey, Elizabeth (Lizzie) Jackson, Bridget Axelson, Ruthie Brewster, and Reagan Riley.
The winners in their age category will now participate in the District Knights of Columbus Free Throw this Sunday, February 1st, in Plainville. Going into the second round of play are Blake Nuttle, Max Brewster, Brody Axelson, Ruthie Brewster, Lizzie Jackson, Mackenzie Jackson, and Kinsley Casey. Good luck at District!
