TJ Slansky

TJ Slansky, age 50, of Portland, Ore., passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021.

He was born June 23, 1970, to Roy and Eloise Slansky.

He was a 1988 graduate of Stockton High School. Following high school, TJ attended the University of Nebraska where he was a member of the Nebraska Cornhuskers Football Team. While attending University of Nebraska, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education & Teaching in 1993 and then a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from Fort Hays State University in 1996.

TJ was Owner/Principal at City Wide Facility Solutions, along with his wife, Jennifer, since July 2014. Prior to moving to Portland, he was a history teacher for nearly 14 years at Liberty Middle School in Liberty, Mo., North Kansas City School in North Kansas City, Mo., and South Valley Middle School in Liberty, Mo. He also coached varsity football (Offensive Line) while in Liberty.
