Robert E. “Bob” Look of Ringwood, Okla., passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 84 in Enid, Okla.

He was born on July 5, 1939, to Bryan and Mary Ethel Look in Stockton, Kansas. He met the love of his life, Barbara Jean Clary, while working at the Park Drive-In Theater.

Bob graduated from Stockton High School in 1957 and joined the U.S. Air Force. He served in Germany and England for three years and then came home to marry Barb in 1961 at the Stockton Methodist Church. They moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon, to serve at Kingsley Field Air Force Base for six years. During that time, they were blessed with two children: Tammie in July 1962 and Robert W. in May 1964.  Robert also served in Vietnam, Thailand, Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana, Craig Air Force Base in Selma, Alabama, and retired from Vance Air Force Base in Enid after nearly 22 years of service. Bob later worked for Coca-Cola and Hamm and Phillips for 23 years.

He was a member of Ringwood United Methodist Church. He was proud to experience the Kansas Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; his daughter, Tammie and Marty Wade; son, Robert Look; grandchildren, Jami and Michael Morris, Joseph Schlagel, and Robert Wade; great-grandchildren, Josie, Miles, and Maci Morris.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bryan and Mary Ethel Bridwell Look; his two brothers and their wives, Lester, Avis Look, and Ralph and Liz Look.

Bob never met a stranger and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He loved God, his country, and his family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the Kansas or Oklahoma Honor Flight and given to the funeral home.

A public viewing for Bob was held Monday, July 31, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Service for Bob was held Tuesday, August 1, at Ringwood New Beginnings Wesleyan Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial was held Wednesday, August 2, at 2:00 p.m. in Stockton Cemetery in Stockton, Kansas, with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena.
