Judy Kaye Schindler, 73, passed away March 6, 2021, at her home in Great Bend.

She was born on November 18, 1947, at St. Elmo City, Ill., to Emerson and Mildred (Koberlein) Campbell.

A long-time Great Bend resident, Judy was a waitress and she had previously worked for Esfeld Engineering for 17 years. She enjoyed dancing and Wheel of Fortune. She especially loved spending time with her family and lived for them.

Survivors include her significant other, Henry Schindler of 43 years; two sons, Darrell Pedigo and wife Toni of Spearville, and Kenny Pedigo of Maize; a daughter, Tammy Pedigo and fiancé John Stevenson of Great Bend; one stepson, Don Schindler of Newton; three stepdaughters, Debbie, Vicky and Sharon; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gary Campbell and Paul Campbell; a sister, Janice Nestlerode; and a stepson, Ricky Schindler.

A memorial service was held Thursday, March 11, at the Bryant Funeral Home in Great Bend. Inurnment was in the Great Bend Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Ronald McDonald House, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
