Glen Ray Cain

Glen Ray Cain, of Plainville, passed away on January 22, 2023, at the Redbud Village in Plainville, at the age of 73.

He was born on February 20, 1949, to George and Ruby (Knust) Cain in Russell. He married Mary Ruth Thompson on June 21, 1986, in Plainville.

Glen graduated from Palco High School in 1967.

Glen is survived by his brother, Marvin Cain of Salina; sisters, Shirley Hutton and Patricia Bethel, both of Plainville; stepchildren, Lori Bailey of Houston, Texas, Bethany Durling of Vineland, N.J., Scott Thompson (Marie) of Plainville, and Michael Thompson (Becky) of Russell; stepgrandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; and stepson, John Thompson.

A private family graveside service will be held.
