Todd Wesley Jones, 42, of Wichita, Kansas lost his lifelong battle with mental illness on January 25, 2022.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) shared additional information related to the homicide and officer-involved shooting that occurred Saturday, Feb. 5 in Manhattan.

The meeting was called to order on Monday, January 17th by President Lynda Falley. Hosts were the officers: president Lynd Falley, vice-president Toni Anderson, secretary Linda Gardner, and treasurer Diane Maddy.
