Roger Lynn Corwin, 66, of Russell, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in Stockton.

He was born on September 1, 1959, in Plainville, Kansas, to Albert “Bud” and Mary (Dougherty) Corwin.

Services are at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays, with Reverend Troy Miller officiating. A Graveside Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the Winterset Cemetery south of Gorham.

Dan J. Crawford, formerly of Plainville, passed away on November 26, 2025, at his home in Richardson, Texas, at the age of 50.

He was born on December 1, 1974, in Plainville to William Cecil and Brenda D. (Kern) Crawford.

Dan grew up in Plainville and graduated from Plainville High School in 1993. He built a career in information technology. He most recently worked for Dust Free in Royse City, Texas, where he thrived in a field that suited his curiosity and problem-solving nature.

Marvin Duane Schindler, 84, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas. 

He was born the 7th of 12 children on April 27, 1941, in Greenfield Township, Rooks County, to Ray and Vera (Arrington) Schindler.
