The menus for the week beginning Monday, April 17, are as follows: Monday—Sepherd’s pie, creamed peas, bread, hot cinnamon applesauce. Tuesday—Chili, cinnamon roll, crackers, strawberries and bananas. Wednesday— Pork roast with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, bread, mandarin oranges. Thursday— Turkey ala king, California blend vegetables, hot cinnamon pears, biscuit, birthday cake. Friday— Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, peaches.

Norman L. Nelson passed away peacefully at his home in Norton, Kansas, at the age of 85 on April 8th, 2023. He was tended by his exceptional caregiver of seven years, Magda Dolotshahi of Great Bend.
