The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) and the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) have issued a public health advisory due to blue-green algae.
Edna Amanda Zolman, of Plainville, passed away on June 14, 2024, at her daughter’s home in Plainville at the age of 92.
She was born on May 30, 1932, to Charles and Elizabeth (Randal) Dorn in Long Island, New York. She met Harold Lee Zolman while living in Pueblo, Colorado. They were married on October 7, 1956, in Raton, New Mexico. Together, they raised five children: Harold, Elizabeth, Charles, John and Mary.
SHERMAN COUNTY – The Sherman County Sheriff’s Office reported to the KBI that Briley Horgan was located in Goodland and is now safe.
