The menus for the week beginning Monday, May 11, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, parslied potatoes, peas, bread, pears. Tuesday—Spaghetti, green beans, bread, hot cinnamon apple slices. Wednesday—Oven-baked chicken, potato salad, tropical fruit, bread, pudding. Thursday—Little smokies, macaroni and cheese, California blend vegetables, bread, mixed fruit. Friday—Tuna salad, coleslaw, cucumbers and tomatoes, bun, rosy applesauce.
