Stockton VFW Post to host Chili Cook-off

The Stockton VFW Post #8873 wants chili cooks ready to claim bragging rights at their public Chili Cook-Off and Supper event set for Saturday, March 11th. The deadline to enter the contest is Wednesday, March 8th. Entry forms are available at the Post and through their Facebook page. It is free to enter the contest.

So grab that cooking pot, your favorite chili recipe, and plan to join in the fun! Cash prizes for Grand Champion Chili, the Best Red Chili, and the Best Non-Red Chili.

Judging is 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with an Open Meal served between 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The cost to judge and for a meal is $10.00 per person. Make plans to enter or mark your calendar and come support this community event.
