Wanda Jane Brault

Wanda Jane Brault passed away peacefully at Golden Years Personal Care in Port Angeles, Washington on May 14, 2022. She was 91.
A Memorial Mass will take place June 4, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Damar, Kansas. She will be inurned at St. Joseph Cemetery. Reception to follow immediately at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was born November 7, 1930 in Stockton, Kansas, one of six children to Raymond and Dorilda (Manny) LaBarge. She was raised in Damar, Kansas and resided mostly in Missoula, Montana. She moved to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula in 2015 to be closer to her son, Kelly.
Wanda worked as a beautician for much of her life, but her family was always her true passion. She loved to play pinochle and she was an incredible gardener.
Wanda is survived by her son Kelly (Debby) Brault; sisters Delores Newell, Marilyn (John) Zimmerman and Barbara LaBarge Duran and her brother Eldon (Karen) LaBarge. Other survivors include six grandchildren: Michael (Amy) Brault, Alicia (Jason) Felix, Kimberly Brault, Kristin (Donny) Shepard, Keyara Brault, and Christopher (Liz) Brault; and four great grandchildren: Parkar Anderson, Stryker Felix, Nicholas Shepard and Eliana Brault.
She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Dorilda LaBarge; husband Raymond Brault; sons Mark and Alan Brault; and her brother Adelore LaBarge.
Memorial contributions in Wanda’s name may be made to any local animal shelter or area food bank.
