Both Commodity Distributions set for Mon., March 28th

There will be a government surplus commodities distribution on Monday, March 28th for those in the Stockton and Plainville areas. In Stockton, the distribution will be held on Monday, March 28th from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the VFW Hall. You are asked to please enter through the front door at 314 Main Street.

Plainville will hold its distribution on Monday, March 28th from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Patrons are asked to drive in on the north side, and continue east, as the commodities will be distributed from the south door.

To be eligible for commodities, your household’s total monthly income must be below: $1,396.00 for a household of one; $1,888.00, two; $2,379.00, three; $2,871.00, four; $3,363.00, five; $3,855.00, six; $4,347.00, seven; and $4,7839.00, eight. For each additional family member, add $492.00, effective June 1st, 2021.
