The menus for the week beginning Monday, January 6, are as follows: Monday—Pork cutlet, hash brown casserole, California blend vegetables, bread, emerald pears. Tuesday—Ground beef vegetable soup, orange pineapple salad with cottage cheese, crackers, cookie. Wednesday—Chicken Alfredo with pasta, spinach salad, bread stick, rosy applesauce. Thursday—Soft taco with lettuce, cheese and tomato, rice, tortilla, tropical fruit. Friday—Baked fish, creamed potatoes, peas, bread, pina colada fluff. Happy New Year!
