Correction… and a Silver Lining!

In last week’s April 30 issue, the USD #271 school calendar was not the most up-to-date version as intended. The correct calendar had been prepared for publication, but somewhere between good intentions and the printing press, the wrong one made its way onto Page 6.

While we strive for accuracy, we will admit that some of our readers proved to be quicker proofreaders than we were—catching the error online before we could make a change prior to printing. (We see you, and we appreciate you!)

The corrected calendar was updated for our social media ads and appears properly in this week’s issue.
