Joyce Elaine Fiskin

Joyce Elaine Fiskin, 85, of Fairway, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at  Anthology of Olathe, Kansas under the care of Crossroads Hospice.

She was born in Norton, Kansas on March 27, 1939. She graduated from high school in Stockton, Kansas.

She and her husband lived in Manhattan, Kansas, Baltimore, Maryland, the Netherlands, and Kansas City.

She was retired after working in hospital medical records departments. She was a kind and caring wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Max Fiskin; her parents, Kenneth and Mable Buss; and twin sisters Kathleen Frazier and Theresa Buss.

She is survived by her sister Jerilyn and her husband David Couch of Russell; brother-in-law Gene Frazier of Topeka; her son Shawn Fiskin and fiancé Tiffany Rodriguez of Olathe, and their children, Liam, Conner, Reagan, and A.J; daughter Shandin and her husband Patrick Duffer of Houston, Texas, and their children, Zach, Genevieve, Christian, Nolan, and Bree

Mrs. Fiskin's final resting place will be beside her husband at the Antioch Pioneer Cemetery in Merriam, Kansas. A memorial service will be scheduled in the fall at Old Mission United Methodist Church, Fairway.
