Stockton’s annual Olde Tyme Christmas on Gingerbread Lane will be one sweet event! The Stockton Fire Department Pancake Feed, which kick off the event at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 24th, with volunteers serving fresh and hot pancakes until 1:00 p.m. at Stockton City Hall, will be one of the highlights.

The Nova Theatre will show “The Super Mario Brothers Movie” for FREE at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday! Bring your family and friends!

Also, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., vendors will be scattered up and down Main Street, selling their Christmas wares and goodies. Food vendors will sell their treats from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Follow your nose!

Boys and girls and kids at heart can drop off their “Letters to Santa” at the mailbox at Printer’s Park in the afternoon. A Faux Snowball Fight will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., so plan to join in the fun. And let’s not forget the Next-Tech Train will be on hand starting at 4:00 p.m. with April’s Imagination Photography set up at the same time for those Christmas memory photos!

From 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., a gingerbread scavenger hunt and Christmas coloring contest will be available for the children.

The Christmas Parade will head down Main Street at 5:30 p.m., so pick a good spot to enjoy this year’s entries.

The Christmas lights will also turn on at that time, heralding the Christmas season.

Santa is scheduled to appear and will be at Printer’s Park after the parade to visit with all the good little boys and girls! Just look for his sleigh and elvesx!

The Drawing Giveaway will also be at Printer’s Park at 8:00 p.m. You must be present to win one of the many wonderful gifts donated by the businesses.

This year’s bonus is music provided by Barry Ward from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Stockton City Hall, so plan on attending this fun-filled day to kick off the Christmas Season. (Directory boards will be on Main Street.)
