Swing Into Summer Festival CAR SHOW next weekend
June 16th & 17th
Stockton Rodders, Inc. is proud to announce that their 13th annual Swing Into Summer Car Show will be held next Friday, June 16th, and Saturday, June 17th. Here’s the rundown on the two big days of fun!
On Friday, June 16th, it’s Cruise Night! The cars, motorcycles, trucks, and everything else with wheels and an engine will be on Main Street from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Food vendors and school groups will also be on the streets, selling their wares and delicious snacks. So bring your lawn chairs, find that perfect spot, and enjoy the evening by checking out great cars, cool motorcycles and trucks while you visit with friends and family and munch on a snack or two. (And cruisers, please remember to follow the traffic rules. Use your turn signals, stay within the speed limit, watch for pedestrians, etc.)
On Saturday, June 17th, registration of the vehicles for the Car Show will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Stockton City Park with dash plaques and goody bags for the entrants.
Enjoy the games, Chicken Bingo, a Poker Run and raffles at the park throughout the day. And, of course, great rock ‘n roll music will be playing as you enjoy your stroll under the canopy of shade trees in the park where the cool cars, “rad” motorcycles, and “tuff” trucks will be. And let’s not forget the many vendors selling their unique merchandise and food as another attraction to this fun weekend!
At 3:00 p.m., the awards will be announced for the Cruise Night and the Car Show winners! There’s much to see and do, so plan to attend this special summer treat! Don’t miss out on a single minute!
