The two raffle winners from the Sigma Phi ESA Christmas Luncheon held at the Stockton City Hall on Sunday, December 8th were announced as follows: Colleen Richardson won a $75.00 Chamber Check; and Rod Johnson from Riley, Kansas won the $75.00 Chamber Check to be used at Lucky’s Speed Shop.
