Another mixed bag of accidents makes up this week's report from the Rooks County Sheriff's Department. The first accident, involving a deer, occurred Friday, December 1, at 7:20 a.m., at milepost 37 on K18 in southeast Rooks County, approximately 50 feet east of 27 Road.

Various accidents, from deer to backup accidents and rollovers resulting in injuries, make up this week’s Rooks County Sheriff’s Department report. On Thursday, October 19, at 8:55 p.m., Zachary James Gardner, 20, Stockton, was backing his 2012 Mazda M3H out of a driveway on North Second Street in Stockton when he backed too far and struck the front driver’s side of an occupied 2015 Ford Explorer that was parked on Second Street (approximately 50 feet west from Pine Street) by Cory Michael St Clair, 34, of Stockton.
