The menus for the week beginning Monday, November 14, are as follows: Monday—Polish sausage, parslied potatoes, catalina blend vegetables, bread, strawberries. Tuesday— Roast turkey in gravy, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, roll, ambrosia salad. Wednesday—Spanish rice with hamburger, peas and carrots, bread, hot cinnamon pears. Thursday— Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, bread, pineapple upside down cake. Friday—Chili, cinnamon roll, crackers, tropical fruit.
