Fall Appetizers
It's officially fall, and with it comes some yummy snacks to eat while you watch football or settle in for a cozy evening of watching movies.
So here are a few I plan on trying out!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Two cups of shredded chicken Eight ounces of cream cheese Half a cup of your favorite hot sauce Half a cup of ranch dressing Half a cup of shredded cheddar Mix it all up in a baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for twenty minutes until bubbly.
Eat with your favorite chips
Cowboy Caviar
One can of black beans, drained One can of (Fiesta) corn, drained One diced red pepper One-fourth cup of chopped red onion Half a cup of Italian dressing. Toss in a serving bowl and chill. Serve with tortilla chips
Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Dip
Eight ounces of softened cream cheese Half a cup of caramel sauce Nuts, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles Spread cream cheese in the bottom of the dish Top with caramel and add your choice of toppings Serve with sliced apples
BBQ Meatballs
One bag of frozen meatballs or homemade One cup BBQ sauce One-fourth cup of honey or brown sugar Put it in the slow cooker on low for two or three hours
Jalapena Poppers
Twelve jalapenos halved and seeded Eight ounces of softened cream cheese One cup shredded cheddar Six slices of bacon, halved Mix cream cheese and cheddar together Stuff mixture in the halved peppers and wrap with a bacon slice. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees until bacon is crisp Enjoy!
