* It’s hoodie time! Don’t ask me if I want to go do spooky stuff, just come get me!

* Having a cruise to look forward to is good for your health!

* I read where Laura Howard of the Kansas Department of Children says she will not share SNAP data with the USDA after the USDA has requested that information. She serves in an appointed position.

* I once heard someone say that beautiful means “Be you to the full.”

* After years and years of hopeful waiting for Ronaldo to come find me, I am sad to say he is engaged to his Georgina. Darn!

* Today is yours, go make it magic! * Did anyone ever take a Tootsie Roll Pop wrapper with a star on it back to the store and get a free one?

* This just in….Circus Circus in Las Vegas is going to be sold and demolished. New mega resort will be built in its place. The end of an era!

* In September of 2001, Michael Jackson celebrated his 30-year solo career with two concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The events were held on the 7th and the 10th and was the last public performance of the Jackson 5 with Michael on stage with his brothers after nearly two decades. They performed their classic hits, all of which I have on 45s and albums. And since I usually tell you who I thought was the cutest in any musical group, here is the breakdown of the Jackson 5: Jackie was the cutest, Tito could play that guitar, Jermaine was okay, and Marlon could dance! Randy joined them on stage that night, but he was never part of J5 for me. He was part of The Jacksons. As for Michael, he will forever be the King of Pop.

* I read where they are revising the TV series “Murder She Wrote” with Jamie Lee Curtis as mystery writer Jessica Fletcher. It’s never going to work. There is only one person to play the part of Jessica Fletcher and that was Angela Lansbury!

* Yes, I am ready to wake up to a crisp fall day where it’s 48 degrees outside and the smell of fall is in the air! * You are a “Child of the ’70s” if you know what this means: “All skaters, change directions.”
