This & That
* I am not saying I am old, but I will say I celebrated America’s Bicentennial in 1976.
* I just caught a glimpse of my laugh lines in the mirror, and I genuinely don’t ever remember anything ever being that funny.
* The word “Nap” could be short for “Necessary Adult Pause,” and I would think that is a fair assessment of the word.
* This might not be the secret to your happiness, but I know I have never been sad at the beach, by the pool, or on a cruise.
* Someone just put this out there….“Remember when we were little and had seven different colors of underwear with the days of the week embroidered on them? I think those would be pretty helpful right now.”
* Today’s to-do list: Bark up the wrong tree; Put all my eggs in one basket; Judge a book by its cover; Rock the boat; and Add fuel to the fire. * Do you think your recorded phone call has ever been used for training or quality purposes?
* I will always stand behind this. I love Michael Jackson’s “Beat It” more than “Billie Jean.” That guitar rift by Eddie Van Halen is everything!
* Not many people know that Yoda has a last name. It is Layheehoo.
* Remember: If you ever find yourself far from God, He isn’t the one who moved.
* I am so ready for the World Cup and Ronaldo! Siuuuu! * I love how the morning light shines through my windows and shows me just how much dust is all over my furniture while the particles dance in the sunlight.
* I would be a terrible superhero because I would see that signal call in the sky from home and would be like, “I literally just sat down!”
* Who remembers these classics from 1969? “Sugar, Sugar” by the Archies, “Dizzy” by Tommy Roe, “Tracy” by The Cufflinks, “Good Morning Starshine” by Oliver, “Crystal Blue Persuasion” by Tommy James and the Shondells, and of course, the one that has stood the test of time, “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond?
