This ‘n That
This And That
I read this and wanted to pass it on…..“When someone leaves a coin on a headstone of a veteran, each coin is a form of remembrance and respect with each denomination symbolizing a different level of connection to the deceased service member. A penny indicates a visit, a nickel means they trained together, a dime signifies they served together, and a quarter means the visitor was present at the time of his death.
Only a select few will get this….Whenever a friend, coworker or an acquaintance isn’t acting normal, reach out to them and ask if they are really Sam Beckett (actor Scott Bakula) attempting to change history for the better. Loved the TV series “Quantum Leap!”
Yes, this was us when we were in school. “There’s a tornado outside. Go sit in the hallway, put a book on your head and hush. When it’s over, we will have pizza for lunch.”
Just saying, we need a Reese’s peanut butter flag for the Fourth of July!
FYI: If you finally decide to start getting fit and purchase some weights, you will at least get one good workout with them when you carry them home.
Great money-making idea! Instead of making a swear jar, make a “Mom” jar. Every time the kids say “Mom,” they have to put in a dollar. You can make up to $100.00 or more a day! Actor Julian McMahon recently passed away. Most know him from the TV series Nip/Tuck or “FBI: Most Wanted” and as Doctor Victor Von Doom in “The Fantastic Four.” But he will forever be Cole Turner from the TV series “Charmed” for me.
“Where The Boys Are!” I am sadden by the passing of Connie Francis, singer and actress, who sang the title song of one of my favorite movies. Some other hits of hers include “Pretty Little Baby,” “Who’s Sorry Now?,” “Everybody’s Somebody’s Fool,” and “Lipstick on Your Collar.” She needed no auto tune!
This just in! Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann are reportedly returning for “Pirates of the Caribbean 6!”
Okay, I did Monday and Tuesday. I would now like to pass Go, collect $200.00 and move straight to Friday!
I love this! “Do you mean to tell me after all these years, the movie “Top Gun” isn’t about a sand volleyball game?” Now that I am of a certain age, I am either going to stay quiet or take it too far. There is no in-between!
