Trent, I am so ready to celebrate a very special milestone in your life when you turn ten this year! Can you believe it? Double digits!!

Trent, you are such a remarkable and caring young man, and I know you love every single second of your life!

You have a heart full of adventure and a spirit that never quits. Whether you are on the football field or diving into competitive swimming, you always approach everything you do with passion and determination. And let’s not forget the fun!

Plus, your love of the outdoors shows in your hunting trips with your dad, (sometimes taking Drake along for the adventure, since we all know Hersey is not ever going), or exploring the Caribbean horizons on your cruises with Mom, Dad, Tessa, and me sometimes! Gotta love those buffalo wings on the ship, swimming in the clear blue water, taking in the shows, and racing down those big slides!

And I love, love, love that you love to read! Always exploring different worlds and seeking new adventures in the pages while learning something new and exciting or reading about your favorite heroes and role models.

I especially love when it's just you and me time. We talk about a lot of things while shooting baskets or throwing the football around, even though I can't shoot a basket worth a darn or throw that football very far. And you are always very patient with me, especially when we are playing Mario Kart.

Plus, I learn as much from our talks as you hopefully do from me. I love to talk football with you, look up stats, read about our favorite players, and dream big dreams!
