Stephen Douglas Rock

Stephen Douglas Rock of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away on June 23, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. at the age of 66.

He was born on March 22, 1955, to Don and Garnett Rock in Colby, Kan.

Steve attended high school in Stockton, Kan., where he graduated, serving as president of his class. He went on to attend Kansas University.  

Steve moved to Bella Vista, Ark., in 2014.  Prior to living in Bella Vista, he lived in various Kansas areas, Texas, and Colorado.  

Steve managed Walmart stores and retired in Bella Vista. His passions were biking, kayaking and being an avid Broncos fan.

He will be missed by his sister, Kathy (Alan), and a nephew who reside in California, and his brother Larry (Miriam) who reside in Costa Rica.

A private inurnment at the gravesite of his parents was held at the Stockton City Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.funeralmation.com. Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. was in charge of arrangements.
