Mark William Lee, of Plainville, passed away on June 17, 2026, at his home, at the age of 69.

He was born on August 31, 1956, to Wayne and Virginia (Weaver) Lee in Denison, Texas. He married Michelle L. Wright on September 26, 2015, in Stockton.

Though Mark was born across the Red River in Texas, he was an Okie through and through—proudly cheering "Boomer Sooner" whenever he had the chance.

Mark was a self-employed carpenter who took great pride in his work and craftsmanship and was a skilled cabinetmaker, much to the delight of his wife, friends, and family. Over the years, he also served at Teen Challenge in Alton, Kansas, and generously volunteered with Nation Builders, dedicating his time to helping others and strengthening his community.

Mark was a longtime member of River Valley Church in Stockton, where his faith was central to his life. He will be remembered for his hard work, servant's heart, and the many lives he touched through his faith and generosity.

Mark is survived by his wife, Michelle Lee of Plainville; son, Zach Lee of Tulsa, Okla.; stepchildren, Chaes, Brittany, Kathlyn, and Christopher; sister Sue and brother-in-law Dave; sister-in-law Debbie and granddaughter, Boston;

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Virginia Lee; son, Nick; and brother, David.
