The positive testing rate continues to decline and is at 18.8% this week. Rooks County is starting to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and will follow the Kansas Vaccination Phases. Kansas moved into Phase 2 this week, so Rooks County will complete Phase 1 and will then move into Phase 2.
