The menus for the week beginning Monday, October 11, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, beets, bread, pineapple. Tuesday—Ham and beans, coleslaw, cornbread, rosy pears. Wednesday—Turkey tetrazzini, California blend vegetables, bread, fruit cobbler. Thursday—Liver and onions in gravy, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, bread, peaches. Friday—Baked fish, parslied potatoes, creamed peas, bread, mixed fruit.
