Annual Sigma Phi ESA Halloween Parade set for Monday, October 31st

The 23rd annual Stockton Halloween Parade, sponsored by Sigma Phi ESA, is quickly approaching and will take place on Halloween, Monday, October 31st at 4:30 p.m.

The Parade for fifth-grade children and under, will begin at the Solomon Valley Manor (315 South Ash), then head north to Main Street.

The trick-or-treaters will proceed down the south side of Main Street, cross Highway 183 at Spruce Street, then walk down the north side of Main Street, ending at the Christian Church. Due to construction, additional parking will be provided in the grass area by the Manor.

Kids joining the parade downtown will follow those who start at the Manor.

Also, if you do not have a Main Street storefront and want to take part in the fun and hand out candy, simply be in the Main Street Business District by 4:30 p.m. with any goodies you wish to distribute.

The ESA will provide free treat bags and notes that no bicycles will be permitted, but strollers and wagons are welcome. Parents are encouraged to participate with their child(ren). Call Ginger Kriley at 434-4950 with any questions.
