Make plans now to enter the RCFF Wheelbarrow Garden Contest

The Rooks County Free Fair is still a few months away, but now is the time to plant vegetables in your wheelbarrow for the Fair’s Wheelbarrow Garden Contest.

The contest rules state that you can display your choice of no more than twelve (12) and nowfewer than seven (7) of your favorite vegetables (including tomatoes). And please line your wheelbarrow with black plastic to prevent water leakage. The display will be judged for quality, quantity, variety and general appearance.
