Church Directory a new addition to the Sentinel

The Stockton Sentinel has a new addition to our paper this week… a Church Directory. We have had people in the past ask that we have something of this nature, and we feel now is the time to do it. We hear too often of churches closing, or, for those still open, experiencing a declining attendance.

We also know there are many people in our community, and the surrounding communities, who do not have a church they attend on a regular basis. That is why we feel we need to do our part to let people know we have several churches in the community which would welcome them.

The Church Directory appears on page 7 of this issue. Along with the information for the six churches we have in Stockton, a devotional message is included. Making this Directory possible are the sponsors whose names surround the message.
