The following traffic fines were received in October in Municipal Court for Speeding: Eugene Q. Sherow III, from Compton, Calif., paid $153; Cynthia D. Baldwin, Evergreen, Colo., paid $153; and Stephen P. Bellerive, Stockton, paid $294 for speeding in a school zone and texting while driving.
