The menus for the week beginning Monday, March 2, are as follows: Monday— Pork cutlet, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, bread, apricots. Tuesday—Harvest turkey soup, ambrosia salad, crackers, cookie. Wednesday—Barbecued meatballs, baked potato, broccoli, bread, mixed fruit. Thursday—Chicken enchilada casserole, Mexicali corn, bread, peaches. Friday—Tuna and noodles, Brussels sprouts, bread, fruit cobbler or crisp.
