Schedule of Easter Services Announced

The local churches have announced their schedule for Holy Week and Easter, which falls on Sunday, April 20th. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the services as part of their holiday celebrations. You are welcome to attend any of the following services:

Assembly of God

- Sunday School: April 20th at 9:15 a.m.

- Easter Service: April 20th at 10:30 a.m.

Stockton Baptist

- Sunrise Service: April 20th at Webster Lake (Old Town Site) at 6:30 a.m., with a light breakfast afterward.

- Sunday School: April 20th at 9:00 a.m.

- Sunday Worship: April 20th at 10:00 a.m.

St. Thomas and Sacred Heart Catholic Churches 

- Palm Sunday Mass (April 13th): 8:30 a.m. at St. Thomas in Stockton and 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville.

- Holy Thursday (April 17th): 5:00 p.m. Mass at Sacred Heart in Plainville and 7:00 p.m. Mass at St. Thomas in Stockton, followed by Adoration until midnight.

- Good Friday Services (April 18th): 3:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville and 5:00 p.m. at St. Thomas in Stockton.

- 7:00 p.m. Sacred Heart CYO Living Stations.

- Holy Saturday (Easter Vigil, April 19th): 9:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville.

- Easter Sunday Mass (April 20th): 8:30 a.m. at St. Thomas in Stockton and 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville.

First Congregational Church 

- Easter Sunday Services: April 20th at 6:00 p.m.

Stockton Main Street Christian Church 

- Kings Kids Easter Program: Wednesday, April 16th at 5:30 p.m.

- Easter Sunday: Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. followed by Worship Service at 10:30 a.m.

Stockton United Methodist Church

- Palm Sunday Worship Service: April 13th at 8:45 a.m.

- Good Friday Service: April 18th at 8:00 p.m.

- Easter Sunrise Service: April 20th at 6:30 a.m. at Hazen Hill, followed by coffee fellowship in the SUMC Fellowship Hall.

- Easter Sunday Worship Service: April 20th at 8:45 a.m.

- Pastor Ted will also host Daily Devotions on the Stockton Church of Restoration Facebook Page until Easter. Starting on Good Friday, the church will hold 40 hours of prayer for the community in 30-minute time slots as part of their mission projects.
