When you get to be 95, you only want to plan no more than two years ahead.

I read Virgi’s Views on “This ‘N That” first thing. She is one amazing lady. What a lucky guy.

Then I read the obituaries. If my name and pictures are not in print, I turn to “What Stocktonites Were Doing 90 Years Ago.”

I know most of the characters and some of the stories mentioned there. The “56 Years Ago” is a memory lane experience—just like it was yesterday.

Then the Kansas Klips and the church sermon and sports news.

It is a great newspaper.
