Critical fire weather conditions expected Friday afternoon for Stockton area

A notice was received around 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon from the National Weather Service out of Hastings where conditions are favorable for critical fire weather Friday afternoon, November 6th, due to low humidity and strong southerly wind.
