It’s Homecoming Week at Stockton High School, and Tiger Nation is celebrating with a week full of activities leading up to Friday night’s crowning ceremony and football game against the Osborne Bulldogs.

This year’s Spirit Week theme is “Lights, Camera, Action,” with each day featuring a different movie-inspired dress-up theme.

The week kicked off Monday with “The Breakfast Club” Pajama Day. Monday evening, students also took part in the annual KAY games at Tiger Stadium.

Tuesday’s theme was “Harry Potter” Class Colors Day. Freshmen wore green, sophomores wore yellow, juniors wore red, and seniors wore blue.

The Homecoming festivities continue Wednesday with “High School Musical” Sports Attire Day, followed Thursday by “The Incredibles” Superhero Attire Day. Thursday evening, the annual Jersey Auction will be held at Tiger Stadium following the junior high football game. A bonfire will follow the auction in the high school parking lot.

Friday will be the biggest day of the week, with students encouraged to show their Tiger pride for “Friday Night Lights” Blue and White Day.

The Homecoming parade will line up at 2:15 p.m., and the parade will begin at 2:30 p.m. A pep rally will immediately follow on the high school front lawn.

Later that evening, the Tiger Nation Tailgate will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., leading into the Homecoming crowning ceremony at 6:30 p.m.

This year’s king candidates are Dayton Carpenter, Jace Kesler, and Ashton Nuss, while the queen candidates are Camille Lowry, Natalie Nuss, and Mia Odle. Sullivan Larson, son of Ben and Anna Larson, and Avery Kuhlmann, daughter of Mitchell and Shelby Kuhlmann, will serve as crownbearers.

Following the crowning, the Stockton Tigers will take the field against the Osborne Bulldogs, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

Homecoming festivities will wrap up Saturday evening with the Homecoming dance in the school cafeteria from 8:30 to 10 p.m.

Tiger fans are encouraged to come out Friday afternoon and evening, wear their blue and white, and help Stockton High School celebrate Homecoming 2026 and support your Tiger teams.
