The menus for the Senior Centers in Rooks County for the week beginning Monday, September 28, are as follows: 

Monday—Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, bread, tropical fruit. 

Tuesday— Waikiki meatballs, rice, broccoli, bread, applesauce. 

Wednesday—Goulash, Scandinavian vegetables, bread, blushing pears. 

Thursday—Shepherd's pie, Scandinavian vegetables, dinner roll, mixed fruit.

Friday—Turkey tetrazzini, brussel sprouts, biscuit, hot cinnamon pears.
