Above All Care Clinic to close June 30th

After thirty years of dedicated service to the community, the Above All Care Clinic (409 South Cochran, Plainville) will permanently close effective Tuesday, June 30th.

Patients are strongly encouraged to make arrangements with other qualified healthcare providers to avoid interruptions in medical services. For any questions or assistance during this transition period, please contact the office at 785-688-4325 before the closing date.
